Therapist at Port Hope
Kayla was born and raised in Port Hope so it only seems fitting for her to be returning as a Registered Physiotherapist. Kayla graduated from McMaster University in 2015 earning an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then joined our clinic for a short stint as a physiotherapy assistant before being accepted to Queen’s University, earning her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2018. Kayla works together with her clients to help them achieve their goals, ultimately helping them manage and reduce their pain in everyday life. She incorporates exercise, education, modalities, and manual therapy into sessions to try and maximize client outcomes. Outside of work Kayla enjoys playing women’s fastpitch and going camping.
